Thank you for doing a fine job on our home inspection. Loved the report!

This was our first time buying a home and having a home inspection. Troy took the time to show me around the house, showing me exactly what needed to be fixed now, what could be fixed or upgraded in the future, and how to do fix those things. He also showed me how to fix little problems that would keep them from becoming bigger problems in the future.

We met Troy for our inspection and found him to be very personable and professional. He checked everything out that was needed and provided us with an exceptional report that was easy to read and follow. Photos of the areas of concerns were provided so that we could adequately deal with the problems. He discussed the problems and potential issues with the home and explained to our satisfaction how they should be fixed. Troy was fantastic to work with on the home inspection. It is clear he knows what he is doing, and he is pleasant to be around for the 3 or so hours the inspection takes. I got a lot out of accompanying him during the inspection, learning a tremendous amount about building materials & home systems such as HVAC, but also benefiting from his ideas on how to improve the place to get more out of our new home (worth noting that he is doing the inspection only, not offering any renovation services).
